Our Nicoya Peninsula is now renowned throughout the world for its white sand beaches,  friendly atmosphere and outstanding surf.  Whether a seasoned surfer or a beginner, there is fun surf for surfers of all levels right in front of the property, a short walk down to the beach.  Not a surfer?  No worries-there are tons of fun activities for everyone and we will help you experience the best our area has to offer. Our location is great for quick  access to beach. Being located near the town center makes it a snap for  access to groceries,  restaurants, and  shops.
